● Cannot be canceled.
Flexible rate
● The reservation can be canceled or changed free of charge up to 72 hours before check-in time.
● Within 72 hours before check-in time, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
For our packages and reservations based on The same conditions apply as for half board the ‘Best Available Price’ as mentioned above.
Different cancellation conditions apply for business reservations.
RESERVATION CONDITIONS
The Uniform Conditions for the Hospitality Industry (UHV) are the conditions under which catering companies established in the Netherlands, such as hotels, restaurants, cafés and related companies, conclude catering services and catering agreements. For more information, visit UHV

In addition to the relevant provisions included in the UVH, in the event of liability, we are only liable for direct damage. We are therefore not liable for indirect damage, such as consequential damage, lost profits, reputational damage, reduced goodwill, lost savings, immaterial damage and damage due to business stagnation. Contrary to article 12.5 of the UVH, our liability is limited to a maximum of the total amount of the total costs of the entire reservation.
Options on the location are only granted in writing with a fixed expiry date. An option that is not expressly converted in writing by the guest into an actual reservation before the expiry date is deemed to have expired without notice of termination being required from the location. Dutch law applies to this agreement. Tourist tax and VAT adjustments are subject to interim changes from the local or national government. The location hereby reserves the right to implement these changes; If changes occur in the program that affect the value of the meeting and the number of guests you specify, we reserve the right to adjust the prices. In the event of damage and/or serious pollution, by you or a third party hired by you, in/of the space, the resulting costs will be charged to you.
